How Calder Heating uses the details you send through this website.
Who we are
Daniel Calder, trading as Calder Heating, is responsible for your details (the “controller”). To ask about your data, email dan@calderheating.co.uk or call 07700 900412.
What we collect
When you send the contact or booking form we receive your name, phone number, email address, postcode, your message and the page you sent it from. We use these only to reply to you and to arrange any work you ask for. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who helps us
Nordmark runs this website for us and passes form messages to us by email and text message. Cloudflare hosts the site and checks forms for spam. They act on our instructions only.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are counted without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while we are dealing with you and for as long as we need them for our records, then delete them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve used your details, please tell us first. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
