A yearly service for gas, oil and LPG boilers, with a written report on what was checked.

A service keeps your boiler running safely and efficiently, and most manufacturers need one every year to keep the warranty valid. I strip down and clean the key parts, check the flue and gas pressure, and test the safety devices. You get a written report afterwards and a reminder when the next one is due.

Breakdowns, leaks, low pressure and no hot water, on most makes of boiler.

If your boiler has stopped, is losing pressure or is making new noises, call or send a WhatsApp with the make and any fault code on the display. I carry common parts for the main brands, so many repairs are done on the first visit. If a part has to be ordered, I'll tell you what it costs before I order it.

Replacement combi, system and oil boilers, sized for your home and fitted by Dan.

A new boiler should be sized to your home and your hot water use, not just swapped like for like. I'll visit, look at your current system and talk through the options, then give you a written quote. Installations include a system flush, a magnetic filter and new controls where needed, and I register the boiler for its manufacturer warranty.
